Mohamad Younes is a Senior Estimator at Steady Solutions, bringing over 15 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. He specializes in delivering detailed and accurate estimates for projects up to $40 million, ensuring alignment with client goals and budget requirements. Mohamad holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a Project Management Certificate from UCLA.

Georges-Eric Cavrois is the Director of Business Development at Steady Solutions, where he leads strategic initiatives to expand the company’s national footprint and build high-impact partnerships. He brings over a decade of international experience across North America, Asia, and Europe, with a proven record of launching new markets, building high-performance teams, and driving growth through Fortune 500 clients.

Before joining Steady Solutions, Georges held leadership roles at DC Expansion as General Manager for Asia and later as U.S. Branch Manager, and he spearheaded the North American launch of EAXTRON USA. An entrepreneur at heart, Georges also founded TWOB-SPORT, a patented balance board brand that became a market leader in France.

He holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from EDHEC Business School and lives in Woodland Hills, California, with his wife and two daughters.
